Our Mind Book Club is a monthly in-person gathering where thoughtfully chosen books open minds. Through shared reading and open conversation, we create a safe and welcoming space for reflection and understanding. These conversations encourage empathy, support well-being and help grow a community where people feel seen, heard and connected.

‘‘Books have had a profound impact on my life. At different moments, they have been my best friend and mirrors, offering comfort, understanding, or perspective when I needed it most. Some books have lifted my mood and helped me navigate difficult times, reminding me that I was not alone, while others have made me literary laugh or cry, bringing lightness and joy.

I cannot imagine a life without books. They have shaped the way I think, feel, grow, guiding me through moments of change and self-discovery. I genuinely believe that books are an essential part of personal growth and have a powerful impact on our mental health, helping us reflect, heal, and connect more deeply with ourselves and with others.’’- Irena, founder
