BOOK CLUB
Read, reflect and connect.
Our Mind Book Club is a monthly in-person gathering ( in The Hague, NL) where thoughtfully chosen books open minds. Through shared reading and open conversation, we create a safe and welcoming space for reflection and understanding.
These conversations encourage empathy, support well-being and help grow a community where people feel seen, heard and connected.
Visit our Events section for full details on every edition of the Our Mind Book Club.
For each edition of the book club, members will be able to borrow the featured books from the Foundation’s library.
Why a book club?
‘‘Books have had a profound impact on my life. At different moments, they have been my best friend and mirrors, offering comfort, understanding, or perspective when I needed it most. Some books have lifted my mood and helped me navigate difficult times, reminding me that I was not alone, while others have made me literary laugh or cry, bringing lightness and joy.
I cannot imagine a life without books. They have shaped the way I think, feel, grow, guiding me through moments of change and self-discovery. I genuinely believe that books are an essential part of personal growth and have a powerful impact on our mental health, helping us reflect, heal, and connect more deeply with ourselves and with others.’’- Irena, founder
