Neo Mind believes in the power of awareness, community and compassion to help people feel less alone and more understood.
Neo Mind Foundation mission is to stand beside those facing emotional challenges: to listen, acknowledge, support and create space for well-being.
OUR FOCUS
Neo Mind Foundation is a journey of (self-)care and connection exploring three aspects that shape our health and wellbeing that are very near and dear to our hearts:
1. Navigate Perimenopause Together
2. Raise awareness of How Digital Habits Shape Our Mental Wellbeing
3. Burnout - Awareness, Prevention and Support.
We create space to raise awareness, share understanding and offer support through our chat and also practical, meaningful ways:

where people can care for themselves and each other.

We invite you to Our Mind Book Club which is a monthly in-person gathering where thoughtfully chosen books open minds. Through shared reading and open conversation, we create a safe and welcoming space for reflection and understanding.
