Neo Mind Foundation mission is to stand beside those facing emotional challenges: to listen, acknowledge, support and create space for well-being.
OUR FOCUS
Neo Mind Foundation is a journey of (self-)care and connection exploring three aspects that shape our health and wellbeing that are very near and dear to our hearts:
1. Navigate Perimenopause Together
2. Raise awareness of How Digital Habits Shape Our Mental Wellbeing
3. Burnout - Awareness, Prevention and Support.
We create space to raise awareness, share understanding and offer support through our communities, chat and also practical, meaningful ways:
